The Best Agers Project Fair will give these organisations the opportunity to present their activities with an information stand and exchange experience and approaches with each other. Some presentations and panel discussions will give additional opportunity to discuss the Best Agers’ involvement in work life and business.

The Project Fair takes place next to the Final Conference of the project Baltic Sea Labour Network “Working together for Sustainable Labour Markets”.

If your organisation is dealing with the improving the involvement of Best Agers in work life, mentoring or entrepreneurship and if you have good practice examples to present, you are welcome to participate in the Project Fair as an exhibitor. If you are interested in learning about other organisations' approaches, or if you are an active Best Ager yourself, we invite you to take part in the Project Fair as a visitor.

A qualified business plan helps to view, to schedule and to structure an idea. Business plans provide profound information about potential of a product or service. Several aspects like market researches, marketing plans and financial issues will be discussed in those plans. They mainly address investors and potential business partners.

In order to provide substantiated know-how in writing a business plan the idea of a webinar program was born. A webinar is an online and interactively designed presentation or seminar.

It shall support the transfer of scientific and technological ideas into business. Best Agers spread their knowledge about developing a business within the seminar.
