Over three years the partners of the Baltic Sea Region project “Best Agers” have worked on approaches how to deal with ageing in a proactive manner. At the Best Agers Final Conference which took place on 21 November 2012 in Kiel, Germany, the achievements of the project were showcased and fresh perspectives on key issues of demographic change in the Baltic Sea Region were presented and discussed.
For the nearly 100 participants, this was an excellent opportunity to learn about the results and achievements of the Best Agers project and to put them into a broader European perspective.
